Washington, Mo. – To help strengthen regional collaboration efforts and to hear from local business leaders about workforce and business development efforts, a group of officials from Greater St. Louis, Inc. will visit Washington, Missouri, this Tuesday, April 29. The team from GSL will be led by former Franklin County Presiding Commissioner Tim Brinker, GSL’s Senior Vice President of Government Relations. 

The GSL team will begin the day with a walking tour of businesses in downtown Washington. The GSL team will then hear from local leaders about Connect Washington and then hold a roundtable discussion with local small business owners and economic development leaders. 

“Our mission is to grow the St. Louis region, and to do that, we need to make sure we strengthen collaboration with the people doing the work in each of the region’s 15 counties,” said GSL Senior Vice President for Government Relations Tim Brinker. “Leading means listening, so we want to hear directly from business owners and local leaders about how GSL can be a partner and provide support to ensure we are all working toward our shared goal of growth.”
